Distance Learners - Tips on Requesting Books or Articles

Check the MERLIN and MOBIUS library catalogs to see if the journal or book is owned by any of the MERLIN Libraries.

• Send in your requests for articles as early as possible.
• Allow a few days for your request to be processed. 
• Give us as much detail as possible. Abbreviations make it difficult for us to identify items.
• If you change your address, please notify MU Direct.
• If you have outstanding requests, you need to also notify the Interlibrary Loan Department at ellisi@missouri.edu.
• Please use the "not needed after" section on the request form with care as we will not send material out after that date.
